Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Trackable service with delivery confirmation

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking available

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our gear just as we stand behind our adventurers. If your equipment doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bug Protection items (if opened or used)
  • Health & Safety products (including first aid items)
  • Footwear showing signs of wear
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your return request
  2. Complete the return request form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
  4. Package your item securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship your return to the address provided with your RAN

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

For exchanges (size, color, or style changes):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item details
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional charges may apply for price differences)
